Increased Incline

Today I decided to increase the incline half way into my running. I felt light and airy after the run.
However there was a difference in my overall efficiency.
32:15 mts / 2;50 miles / burnt 407 calories - 4.66 mph
compared to yesterday - 10/30
26;57 mts / 2;50 miles / 414 calories - 5.64 mph.

I have pain in my inside of left foot (metatarsals). This happened a month ago also, but disappeared after 3 days. May be I should listen to Suresh and wear running gear ? He says my body is remodeling... but for how long...
