Seeing my mother in pain is difficult.

My mother went through a femoral bypass surgery and she lived in the hospital for a week. Although she is feeling a lot better now, she is depressed about having to go through so many cuts and pains. I feel sad. Yeah, she can walk better now. Diabetes is a deadly disease. It progressively gets worse. She has made so many changes with respect to how she eats and lives. It is perhaps because of that she is doing as well as she is.
